ParticipantJim,
Pressure bottle will not affect the drain function of the machine, only spin. So, logical course of action is to drain the machine down and check the filter/pump chamber for blockages. This can be interesting on a Blomberg as the drain hose exits the machine at the top of the casing, rather than the bottom. Controlling the flow from the filter can be rather messy! 🙄
Alternatively, cancel off any existing programme and reset to spin only prog and see what happens! If it does drain/spin, it would point to a problem elsewhere in the programme (ie no heat perhaps). At that point, might be best to get some professional help.
Check the Directories section, or pop your post code up in here and someone will pick up on it.
Whatever you do, pull the plug first.

KeymasterRe: Blomberg 1515AAA fault code
thanks for the advise , will have a look at the pump etc in a minute , when i put it on spin/drain only program it tries to pump for 3 seconds , stops for 15 seconds then tries to pump again for about 3 seconds then immediatly starts beeping and flashing the same fault code , was intermittant when on any prog , but now happens on all progs so iam really stuffed

KeymasterRe: Blomberg 1515AAA fault code
checked pump and hoses , no blockages , everything looks ok , will not run any prog now , and missus has told me it started comeing up with this error on delay start programmes first intermittantly , then on normall progs int. now on all progs all the time , is this a progressive failure , of say control board ? when it only happened on delay start , then progressed to other progs ?

ParticipantProblem we’ve got here Jim is that the manufacturers will not generally make the fault code information freely available. There are a couple of Brandt service agents on the site – they may be able to advise more fully. The progressive nature of the failure does rather point to the electronics, but I think a spot of pro help now required.
