Blomberg beo9414x selector switch wiring

Hi guys , got this job to repair this oven and found the live and neutral reversed , the main function selector switch also burnt out and I have rewired with new switch but no neutral to the elements when selected, um wondering if someone was messing with the wiring tags on the switch now , any info available on these fairly simple oven but I see the cooling fan comes on immediately after power on , please and thanks K
