    Hi All

    Product Code: 7261042515

Does anyone have any technical information for this unit please?
It is showing an E9 error but does not have an ice maker.
I haven’t had a chance to take it apart yet as it was rammed full of food and neither the customer or myself had more than 20 minutes to spare but it looks like it may have a defrost issue.

    Thankyou

    Jem

    Hi All

This one has come back to haunt me again with an error E9, i have been and tested all the heaters and sensors and was not able to find any obvious fault, when I put the unit into test mode it appeared to activate its outputs correctly but I was unable to tell what it thought its temperatures were as the display is shot.
The customer has decided to go ahead with a new display card as we can’t tell much more about the unit till we can see what it is thinking/seeing.
In the meantime I have got 3 questions that I am trying to find the answer too and hope someone can help:

    1. Does anyone know for definate what the latest software version and revicion is for this unit please?
    2. The service manuals that Dave sent me suggest that maybe this unit should have a plated wired shelf at the top but the customer doesn’t have one, is this correct?
    3. The service manual that Dave sent has the test procedure pages (53-55) for this version of display board (4398351510) in a foreign language – is there an english version available?

    Thank you

    Jem
