Blomberg WA1300 – Won’t flush powder or start rinse cycles

I’m no expert but it sounds like the cold water may not be getting through?

If I manually flush the powder it continues (with water from the hot feed I presume) until it gets to a rinse cycle and then it stops. Perhaps a cold inlet valve or some sort of solenoid not working?

This is an old machine and we’ve had excellent service from it, however, I don’t want to bin it if it’s a ‘simple’ replacement part of some sort.

Anyone got any ideas?

Also, if anyone knows part numbers and where to get the part(s) this would be really helpful.

That’s the old Ocean-built Blomberg, IIRC. One of these:

should do the trick.

Always assuming that the cold supply is on…….. Those little blue tags wear and don’t always turn the water on. 😀

Power off if doing this yourself.
