Blomberg washer dryer timer counting down rapidly.

Blomberg (beko) washer dryer i.g. but customer wanted us to repair it rather than beko for some reason. Model LRF28541W on dryer intermittently counts down within 20 mins when set on over 2 hours. I’ve changed the front ntc thinking it may be akin to the zanussi w/d fault but still does it. Any ideas?

your model is wrong i get LRF285411W you may have missed a 1 out

also have you got commecial code as there are 2 units and they may have differences
its either
7161541300 or 7161542400
