This washer is tripping the rcd in the last few minutes of the programme, I was thinking carbon brushes but I believe the motor on these are the induction type ?
Any suggestions gratefully received ?

yes its induction motor
unit is made by Beko
cant think what it will be may just be coincidence its tripping at the end unless its repeatable over and over. try changing sockets, its a long shot as I would expect heater to cause problem if it was bad wiring
have you checked for leaks the only happen on spin ?
