Bloomberg lwf284411w motor sticking

Hi I have been to the above washing machine where the motor is attempting to to turn but is jerking and eventually stops, it seems to turn ok one way but when the relay clicks for it to go the opposite way that’s when it starts causing the problem. It is a brushless motor so I don’t know if it’s the motor or the board. Has anyone come across this before?

Not come across it but im sure ive heard of there being problems with those boards.
