bloomberg w/m fault 7 any idears!!!!

Hi to all, my engeneers going out to a bloomberg w/m on monday and customer says its showing fault 7, has anyone got any idears, already looked on error codes but nothing. machine is wae8987 ser 310244820316 and also 858353815000 – i thought it might be a whirlpool? lisa 😛

85 number comes up in sios, so presume it is indeed a whirlpool, the only F7 ive seen on them is a triac fault on the motor control module

part nubmer is 481221478349, would doulbe check tho as a bit pricey 💡
