Model WAE28363GB.Error code F21.I have done a search and a link on another post does not work.I have changed motor and cant clear the fault code F21.This flashes as soon as the machine is switched on and the display goes blank when the dial is switched to spin ,but displays f21 when the dial is moved to any other selection.No selector buttons can be selected.Is there a test or reset procedure for this model.

Try searching again then as there’s shedloads of posts on the same subject….in the advanced search box just type f21 reset

The ones i find suggest dial at spin end button press but this is not possible with this model

selector knob to the 6 o’clock position , hold spin speed select button , turn selector switch 1 click clockwise to 7 o’clock position and release spin speed button. The f:21 may not disappear but turn selector switch to off……and repeat the above steps to enter test programme. This should clear the fault
