    Error code is door not shut,but it is and does lock, so is it program fault.Machine is new

    I’ve got one to go to on Friday with same F16 error. Did you resolve your problem there waters? Customer reported it was working fine until after she spotted her 3 yr old poking his finger into the interlock aperture, since then it won’t start and shows F16. The door clicks shut OK too apparently. 🙁

    Appreciate the advice Paul and I have ordered an Interlock but the number it gave me was 605003 – and at just £5.50 (It’s Silver in colour so maybe the number you gave was for a White one?)
