Hi, I hope that the above is the model number, it’s what is on the front of the manual! Its a Bosch auto option limited edition.

I left it running this morning and the programme had started but I came home to a blank display. With a slight tap, it has lit up but only 2 flashing dashes. The reset option doesnt work. I have unplugged at the mains but no difference. There is water in the bottom but nothing seems blocked. Any ideas please?

No that’s not a model number. It is embedded in the door panel adjacent the door latch, it starts with the letter S……………..?

We have cleaned all filters and got as much water as possible out of the bottom. Checked water inlet and it is ok. Changed fuse and tried a different plug socket …..

:hmm: it sounds like an electronic board failure from what you tell us. Inspection of the circuit board necessary from the outset. I would advise contacting a local engineer to check it out for you.

Thanks Martin.

We have had to have the control panel replaced before when the on/off switch collapsed. Is this the same thing? It cost over£130 last time. Is it time to get a new dishwasher?

You ultimately make that choice but I would think it’s worth getting someone back at least to check it out. 💡
