Bosch Auto WAE28262 Brand New E02 Fault

Hi,
Installed this in customers home 10 days ago. Worked ok for a few washes but then went to E02 fault.

Talked on the phone can’t get rid of the E02. Tried a couple reset procedures I know to no avail.

Can someone confirm what the definitive reset procedure is for this model. Any ideas what could have caused it.

There is a likelyhood he will want me to replace it – which is not a problem, always want to do right by my customers.

The Bosch engineer is coming tomorrow and just want to make sure he doesn’t end up with a bill.

Well its relates to a motor fault so not likely a chargeable visit I would think.

Armature faulty, com segments lifting and arcing badly.

quality Bosch appliance then. Segments lifting on a brand new one?
