Anyone know where i can get a diagram of the power board for this microwave.

The machine is blowing the fuse and i have traced the fault to what i think is a faulty triac, unfortunately there are no markings on to identify what it is, i could of course get a new board cost approx £165, but i think the customer will scrap it if the repair is over £100.

If anyone is familiar with the powerboard on this microwave the faulty triac ?is the mounted on a heatsink and is the centre one of three solid state devices, the one to the right is toshiba GT30J322 the one to the left has markings D20 and 1343 it has four legs and the are marked +VE AC AC and -ve.
    Any help would be appreciated.

a lot of these machines are panasonic in disguise not sure on this one but it sounds likely
a lot of the components on the board are mosfets and it is likely other components will have blown as well. not worth trying to repair

am not sure but you could ring AWI to see if they can help

    hope this helps

Thanks for the info Dave i have managed to find the part no. it is GT60N321 Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor Silicon N Channel IGBT

it is s/c between the collector and emitter and 12 ohms between gate and collector/emitter.
I can’t see any physical damage to the board or any other components so i think i will try replacing it, see if it solves the problem.

Anyone know where i can obtain a GT60N321 Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor Silicon N Channel IGBT from please.
