Just had customer on phone with this hob, no model/enr number yet and don’t think she will be able to get it for me so going to take a look.
She says that one ring will only operate if turned to maximum and another ring is starting to do the same.
I assume this will be the regulators or am I off the mark?

very likely assuming its not induction. rings normally either work or not

Three new regulators and good as new.
And one more kitchen fitter added to the very long list of the type who I would gladly exterminate.:(
They had dropped the hob into the slot onto a thick, 1 inch wide strip of silicone adhesive all the way round.
A nightmare to release without damaging the glass hob or the worktop laminate, took longer to get the hob out than it did to change three regs. :angry4:
