    Hi

our washing machine stopped spinning the other day so I replaced the brushes (they were worn quite badly) and the machine started to work normally again – however after a few cycles the machine tripped the fuse box and now it will fill but the motor will not turn – I have had the motor out and put in another set of brushes (I bought two sets just in case) but no joy – there do not seem to be any error lights – when you start the nachine on a cycle it will fill and you can here the ticks of where the program is telling the drum motor to kick in but nothing happens – any help on where to look for clues would be much apreciated.

A model number may help as Classixx is just a range, hundreds of models are called that.

I’m not an expert on them but, is the motor seized or can it be turned by hand?

I bet alchopop has knocked a wire of the motors’s multi connector block.
