Bosch Classix 6 Won’t Start

Hi,

Hope someone can help. My washing machine won’t start – there is a solid light stuck on the Aqua Perfect setting, plus a flashing light on the spin speed and also a flashing light on the start button. Have checked the drainage hose both on the front and at the back and both seem clear. Any suggestions?

You will need to know your ENR number which is usually found on the inside of the door. Once you have this you can check out the fault code from the Bosch error codes from this link. This will lead you to the next stage of diagnosis.

I’ve checked but none of the error codes seem to relate to what I’m seeing. The closest would suggest it is a motor fault but can’t be sure…

What is the ENR and FD number of your machine?
