Bosch classix bottom tray not cleaning

Hi

We have just moved into a new house where the previous tenants had left a Bosch classixx dishwasher.

We have cleaned it with dishwasher cleaner but the bottom tray wasn’t cleaning. I have followed the instruction manual by cleaning out the bottom and top spray arm which had a lot of dirt in them. I then checked the filter was clear by popping out the plastic top and checking for any blockages. There were none and there was a little water in the bottom which I cleared.

Still the dishwasher bottom is not cleaning. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do before I call out a Bosch technician?

It’s probably a model that has a diverter as part of the heater unit. And so the heater will need replacing. What is the model number (ENr no) anyway?
