    hi iv got a bosch condenser dryer customer says the the tray full light comes on and it is empty i had a look inside and the well at the bottom is full of water also no heat
    can any 1 help please

    Check niveau (level) switch from pumps tank (stuck on upper position)

    Pump blocked, hose to water tray blocked.

    E-Nr would help considerably 😉

    Alan,

    check the hose from pump to water container, sometimes get debris blocking jet where it connects to container at back lefthand side.Take of lid of machine for access.
