    I have a problem with a Bosch ClassiXX 1000. Ithe drum does not rotate on any programme including spin. I’ve checked the hoses, strainers, drive belts, and cleaned the drain pump (though there was nothing within it and the pump appears to spin normally. I had noticed a noise on a couple of occasions recently which I put down to load balancing and took no notice of though I don’t know if this has any relevance.
    I would appreciate any advise.

    Hi

    Have you checked the brushes in the motor yet , most likely they are the problem .

    UNPLUG machine before removing any panels to check.
