Bosch Classixx 1000 express conditioner won’t dispense

First problem
Been having problems with the washer sticking on the rinse cycle. It goes through the program but intermittently its found stopped with the rinse light flashing. I’ve cleaned the filter and pump and run a couple of maintenance washes. Anything else it could be?
Problem 2
The fabric softener won’t dispense. It also does nothing when prewash + 60 degree is selected. I tested to see if I get any voltage at the valve and nothing. I then bridged the connetions on the valve and both sides of the valve worked on a 30degrees wash. I tested the wiring for continuity which was fine. I’m not sure how to remove the control board to look at the contacts on the board. Could there be any other problem or is it a new board?

Replace the clapped out pump you’ve got there and strip and clean the dispenser top…..sorted! 😀
