Bosch Classixx 6 conditioner tray not filling enough

You guys helped sort out my complex diswasher problem back in 2008 so this should be a breeze! The conditioer drawer only fills to 80{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} so the syphon doesn’t work. If I add more water to the compartment it flows freely and empties fully. There is no mould in the top of the drawer compartment since I have cleaned it thoroughly including a pipe cleaner in the conditioner nozzles. The supply pipe may be partially blocked or the solenoid is not operating long enough. Any ideas what to check out next and how do I access the mechanisms?

At a guess I’d say although it looks clean there may still be gunge in the conditioner holes. You could get a piece of thin hose and put it over the holes then blow down to try and clean, if not replace the dispenser top

The dispenser top easily unclips to remove completely and clean in the sink. It’s important to note that in order for water to flow freely through the fabric conditioner channel it requires an equal convergence of water from both pipes.

Thanks gents for your advice. For the benefit of others, here is my fix based on the above advice. I set the machine on quick 15 min wash and withdrew the dispenser drawer half an inch and observed the water flow. Both left and right flows were adequate but on final rinse, only a trickle entered the conditioner section.
Knowing the syphon wsa clean, I cut a 10 inch length of soft iron garden wire and with the aid of a mirror and torch, threaded it into the holes and pushed it in about 4 inches and moved it in and out. I then ran the quickwash again and observed a great deal of black mould and brown limescale enter the conditioner dispenser. I repeated the wire trick and quickwash and cleaned out the muck the syphon left behind.
Job done! It looks like the supply channel to the nozzles is clipped into place so I bet an engineer would know how to remove it for a more professional clean but not wanting to risk breaking off the lugs, I chose this option.
