I would appreciate some help with a possible fault in a Bosch Classixx 7 tumble dryer.

Does this tumble dryer indicate an error condition by flashing the “Clean” and “Start/Stop” lights at the end of a drying cycle, see attached video. The “Clean” light flashes at ~1 second intervals and the “Stop/Start” light at ~ 0.5 second intervals.

If so, please indicate the fault that is referred to.

    Best regards.

Unfortunately, the video is too big to include with my post.

you would have to host it on utube or similar and post a public link

I would read the manual this sounds like a heat pump dryer that’s telling you to perform a clean for the condenser

The front panel says Bosch Classixx 7.

The label gives WDT2 as the type and WTE84106GB/48 as the serial number.

This week we replaced the fluff filter and now the flashing lights do not occur at the end of a drying cycle. Previously they always flashed at the end of a cycle when a wet load of clothes were being dried.

It seems me to be quite strange that even though something is being deliberately signaled with the flashing lights, no means of interpretation has been made available. It would surely be quite simple to have a list of error conditions along with a list of how they are displayed.
