Bosch ClassiXX drum removal

Hi all. I have a Bosch classiXX 1400 Express. It appears to have a bra wire caught between the inner and outer drums. Before I grab some tools and start trying to take it to bits, does anyone have any helpful hints or suggestions about how I go about this?

Unplug, take off the top, remove the timer and facia assy, remove the front panel, take out the heater and if you’re lucky you will see the bra wire lurking in the hole
