Bosch Classixx dryer stops mid cycle

Hi there,

I’ve a Bosch Classixx dryer model WTE84103GB. It stopss few minutes after starting giving the following error indication

12 beeps (grouped as 4 beeps x 3 times)

drying + anti-crease lights flash together.

If I turn the programme dial to off, then back on and press start, the dryer will run for another couple of minutes then give the same error. I’ve tried unplugging the unit for a minute then plugging back in but to no avail

Any ideas what the fault can be?

I have exactly the same fault as the post below, same model, same error code, same fault.

I have cleaned the condensing filter but still no luck, can anyone advise me what to check?
