Hi. My bosch diswasher is not draining. I have an E25 error message. So far I have:

    1: Cleaned the filter.
    2: Checked for obstacles.
    3: Changed the pump.
    4: Changed the operating module.

All of these remedies have failed as when I run the short or long cycle the sump is full of water either during or after the cycle coupled with the E25 error

If I reset the program it does eventually drain and the program will restart. It will not restart if I do not drain the sump via a reset. I have a Bosch Classixx serial number SMS40C02GB

Is there a sensor fault of some sort?

    Thanks

    Mark

check you have the correct pump, there are 2 different pump in this range and the connector looks similar

the pump itself act as a sensor with the module sensing the current drawn to determine if water is in the machine. They use the wash motor for the same purpose at other points in the cycle

Failing what dave has mentioned the heat exchanger in the left hand side may also cause this issue
