Hello there, I have a Bosch classixx maxx, srs43a02gb/08 or sd13h1b. The water flows into the labyrinth, then through the float chamber part (sorry if that’s not what it’s called) and after a while it sounds like it’s trying to start but the water is being pumped out again. No water coming through the spinning arms, and just a bit of water collecting in the bottom of the drain hole. I have changed both the labyrinth and the chamber with the float switches on it so that everything is clean. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Is the pipe between the fill matrix and the sump totally clear? Also, is the plastic base thoroughly dry?

Hi Martin, I’m not sure if it’s blocked but I have just taken the drain cover off inside and it’s full of water, should it be like that? Is it possible to push a flexible wire through it? I don’t think there’s any water in the base, I can’t see anything wet down there. Thanks for the reply.

if by drain cover you mean the silver sump cover inside the machine then there will always be a bit of water in the bottom (up to an inch) but not a lot
