Hi all, I have a standalone Bosch Classixx that will not drain. I ran the machine and found there was no power getting to the drain pump when reset was used or it came to the drain cycle. I tried resoldering the relays etc on the pcb – still no joy. I have now replaced the pcb and have power and can see the pump running fine – but it still does not shift the water. With the side panel off I can see the water matrix/pressure chamber (not sure thats what you call it) and when it switches to drain the water level does not seem to rise enough to “tip” over into the drain section of the matrix and eventually the pump times out with a lot of water left in the base.

I am told someone had took this “matrix/pressure chamber” off to clean it – do you think I might have an airlock in the machine ? I have removed the waste pipe and it is clear.

    Help !!

When you say you have removed the ‘waste pipe’ , do you mean the waste pipe of the actual appliance ?

Put the end of the drain hose in a bucket and see if the appliance will drain then . If not , you’re looking at a blocked hose or maybe a foreign object in one of the ‘water matrix’ pipe connections. There is also the possibilty of a worn drain pump .
