    Hi all,

    I have the above dishwasher.

    Just moved house

Plumbed it in and set it to do a normal 65 wash.

    Started okay.

Came back later on about 8 hours and the rinse aid and salt lights are lit as is the normal 65 wash button. Dishes inside are clean, all be it still a bit wet.

Opened up the machine and there is no water inside and I can here what sounds like the drain operating from the centre drain valve.

I’ve tried turning the machine on and off, and pressing in the two opposite end buttons to reset the machine all that does is light up the end light but the rinse aid and salt light are still lit and the noise from the drain area is still ongoing.

If I turn the machine off and on, the end light goes of and I can press any one of the 4 program’s, normal, Eco, quick and Pre rinse.

However the rinse aid and salt lights stay lit, I can still hear what appears to be the drain operating but none of the program’s start and no water is entering the main body.

All help and advice is / would be welcome,

    Many thanks,

    John

Could be that during your move you have inadvertently caused a spillage in the base and tripped the flood protection.

Switch off, drain away or soak up the water and reset

Where would the water be to drain, as there is none inside the machine dish compartment which I can see.

    Many thanks,

    John

Switch off and unplug the machine, take off the panel underneath the door and if there is any water you should be able to see it there.

Still not working, I am afraid, if I tilt the machine at a 45 degree angle after a cycle finishes loads of water dains out a hole on the back centre floor of the dishwasher,

    Anybody have any ideas why?

You have an internal leak that needs isolating and fixing.
