Bosch Classixx WAE20262AU/01 won’t spin

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction as where I live it is almost impossible to get someone out to repair. My front loader wont spin (drum) but sounds like the motor is turning. Prior to this clothes were coming out damp after spin. Opened the cover down the bottom and the only thing there was a hair clip (removed). Only bought it approx. 6 months ago. :rolls:

Does the drum rotate during the wash cycle?

First try aspin without any clothes inside,as it may be just detecting a out of balance situation

Ither things to check are the waste outlet for any blockages…

Doubt its the motor brushes on a machine this new!

If you had this machine from new,then its still under warranty
