    hi iv changed the brushes and now im getting all lights flashing and t: in on the display 😕 help please.

    First thing to check is an earth fault on the motor from all the carbon dust, then make sure you bent the retaining tang in the brush holder out of the way so the brushes make contact with the armature…

    Power supply dis connected at all times :zap:

    hi clive many thanks iv just done contanuity and resistence checks and the coil is OL so i must have blown the motor some how. the thing is has it taken out the pcb as well? :boops:
