Bosch Classixx WFL 2463 Drum won’t turn at all

We have had this machine for a while. Thought the problem was brushes because I have put some in before and had a set but no joy.Any ideas as to what to try next please?

I assume you mean the motor won’t turn rather than the drum being seized? That being the case, and being as you have previously replaced the motor brushes, maybe the motor connector block has failed? If the wiring to the motor plug is not secured with a cable tie then one or several wires can break at the point where they enter to connector block.

That seems to be the problem thanks. 2 are broken but not sure how to fix plus not sure I know which is which because all the same colour!

You can buy a complete wiring lead that goes from the motor to the PCB direct from Bosch’s own spares website. As to which wire goes where? Then look at the connector block at the PCB end as they are connected the same (e.g 1 to 1, 2 to 2 and so on)……easy! 😀 I always replace the complete lead by the way, much better fix.
