    f21 code put new carbons in but cant reset it, tried the 6 oclock then 7 but does not work, anyother way or is it stuck forever !

    Had one only yesterday, took ages to get it to reset but eventually did it. Try unplugging the motor, do the reset then try again.

    i tried it with the motor unplug no joy! there is a button below the spin lights i take it thats the spin button? she says its a blank button and does not do anything, what a pain!
