Bosch combi oven/microwave/grill CMG676BS6B/49

The microwave option on touchscreen doesn’t always work, have to keep tapping in different areas of microwave box to get it to finally work.

All other areas of touchscreen work fine.
Any ideas what the issue is?

Possibly a connector problem internally, the only way to check it is to open it up and have a look but from what you say that’d be my best guess as to what the issue was.

Yes, have fully cleaned the control panel.
sounds like I need to get a repair person out.

Might need re calibration need test programme and tool for that
