Hi. Hoping for a little help with my condenser dryer. It’s a Bosch and it’s E-nr is WTB84200GB/03 (FD 9420).
It completely stopped working and just beeps with and error code of E:56. So I called Bosch and they told me that indicated a control board fault and offered to sell me one, which I bought.
I looked at a few videos and replacing it looked very simple, and indeed it was. However it did not fix the issue and I still just get E:56.
What’s more, Bosch say they won’t take it bake, despite they telling me it’s what I needed to fix the fault.
Any ideas guys?well in that case they have sold you a faulty part unless there is another explanation to E56
I assume there must be as its unlikely that 2 boards have the same fault but if they stick to the script it can only be the board then threaten trading standards and citizens advice and get a refund (hopefully)
