Bosch condenser dryer noises

Bosch condenser dryer WTL6103GB/05 FD8311 200426

This condenser dryer is making a vibrating noise after about ten minutes. It’s coming from the carbon contact brush on the front of the drum. When I lift the brush the noise stops but it comes back. I have cleaned the brush and the contact area on the drum but I’m not convinced that it has cured the problem.

Does anyone know if there is a know fault.

I’ve not had probs with the brush as such but the 2 black nylon drum bearings do get dirty and noisy. Easing the drum backwards (might have to release the side panels and tie bars to do that). Then clean the stainless drum lip with WD40 and smear silicone grease on the 2 bearings may well cure it. 😉
