    Is the condenser clear?
sounds to me like it’s not.

agree but assumed with the Bosch one it would be as itsw easy to clean, cant hurt to check

also possibility is blocked heater, have had a couple where the heater is blocked with a layer of lint at the bottom

Have you tried running a tap through the filter? I have found on some of these filters that they will look clean but the mesh will be full of micro dirt, if this is the case then the water will puddle on the filter instead of going straight through, usually rubbing the filter between your fingers while putting the water through will be enough to clean them.

Thanks for your help the water had formed a puddle under the filter the machine was slopping forward so I assumed that’s why there was a pool the filter did look ok but you could be onto something there I will be going back Friday to check element as suggested and filter

No luck with this checked every thing clean condenser checked heater when it goes into fault it’s check filter if you press start button it won’t continue unless you open door and let the steam out it does this a couple of times then it goes ok and completes the program very strange doesn’t make sense tempting to change element

ok have a careful look at the element. look for elements that are distored or closer together. what i am looking for a poss hot spots

if all looks ok you can get the NTC on its own which will be used to sense fliter. there is also one at the fron which maybe involved

Ok thanks Dave I will give that a go and get the ntc I did hold filter to the light on Friday when I went back but it was ok I also had a new condenser which I had acquired and left it for the customer to try but it made no difference
