ParticipantHave you tried running a tap through the filter? I have found on some of these filters that they will look clean but the mesh will be full of micro dirt, if this is the case then the water will puddle on the filter instead of going straight through, usually rubbing the filter between your fingers while putting the water through will be enough to clean them.

ParticipantThanks for your help the water had formed a puddle under the filter the machine was slopping forward so I assumed that’s why there was a pool the filter did look ok but you could be onto something there I will be going back Friday to check element as suggested and filter

ParticipantNo luck with this checked every thing clean condenser checked heater when it goes into fault it’s check filter if you press start button it won’t continue unless you open door and let the steam out it does this a couple of times then it goes ok and completes the program very strange doesn’t make sense tempting to change element
