Bosch dryer wte84103gb/08 fd8802 200426

Applliance beeps twice and start indicator flashes constantly. No other action. The float chamber was full of crud but no other obvious problems. I can’t help thinking that I am missing something obvious
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Hi Bob , to be honest , these machines normally have a fault display so if its beeping twice and the start light flashes , i’d say the door hasn’t latched for some reason.

The washing machines are the same. 2 beeps after pushing the start button means door not shut.

Thanks Paul. I did check the door switch and it seemed ok but I didn’t check the wiring back to the board. I will go back tomorrow and have another go

thanks. it is the door switch. it’s in a laundry room in a hotel 😥
