have a customer reporting a fauly of F09 on this appliance! have done a search and found that it is a NTC problem..anyone have any info they can send me on this please?

If it’s a WTS86516GB/05 the NTC is in the front ducting and should read around 10kOhms at ambient.

really looking for a service manual or something that will help me around the machine…if i do new stuff i like to know what i am looking at!Also could a ntc fault maybe mean a rest maybe required on a thermostat or cut out?
