Bosch Condenser Problem

I have a Bosch Condenser (Exxcel) Not sure on the model number. I have been having problems recently where by the container full light has been flashing and the machine has stoped but the container is empty. I have cleaned out the bottom of the appliance and taken out the little panel by the pump to clean all of the gunk from there. Even now its still not working…I will take it apart tonight to make sure that there is not any bits in the water pipes as when i switch it on can here the pump working but water is not making it up to the container. If this is not the problem what else could it be ?

Remove lid and plug. Find where up-pipe from pump joins drawer. Clean out spout.

If that doesn’t do it, find the model number……..

The Model number is WTE86308GB/02

I have given it a clean and its still intermittently stopping ?

Well it lasted 5 Days…Today the problem re-occured. I also have an F12 Error on one ofthe Cycles.
