Can anyone help with this please. I have a 3year old Bosch WTW863s1gb/19 condenser tumble dryer that the heater has stopped working. I understand that this may be just the heater reset button has tripped. Can anyone advise on how to get to it to reset it?

yours does not seem to have a heater as its the heat pump model

no easy reset i am afraid
you need an engineer and if the compressors failed it will be cheaper to scrap it
