I’ve been to looks at a Bosch condensing drier, it’s about 4 years old. The customer said, that the clothes wern’t coming out completely dry. It’s doing everything it should be doing. I’ve cleaned the condenser, and the small trap under the condensor, it’s heating, its pumping the water into the tank. I’ve run small a load on the programed setting and the items came out slightly damp. As a last resort, I replaced the heater, it’s still no completely drying the clothes.

Many Bosch dryers have a fine control for the sensor drying – default settings is 0, but this can be increased to 1, 2 or 3 if the user prefers more complete drying. Late models have an option button for this purpose.

Thank you. I’m now thinking that the customer might have pressed the wrong button by accident
