This machine leaves the clothes hot, wet and steaming, with water covering the condenser plates..
I have thoroughly cleaned pump, pump trough and associated pipework, the pump seems in good condition and I can hear it running during the programme.
Not seen many of these, what could i be missing?..

Presuming the condenser is not blocked , you might need to look at the small fan blade on the FRONT of the motor. This fan blows cold flowing air over the condenser . These can block up with fluff thus making them much less efficient.

Does the water container fill up? Try removing the container then pouring a glass of water into the back of the empty cavity (that should drain into the pump chamber area) then refit the water container and switch on. Within 10 seconds turn off the machine and that water should have pumped back into the container.

Certainly sounds like some sort of blockage

The water drawer does fill to some extent, but the cust reports that after 15 to 20 mins the machine cuts out, presumably overheating,
when i tested it after a good cleaning out it was still running after 20 mins but opening the door resulted in clouds of steam billowing out,
Think i will try it with the pump pipe laying on the floor to see if it clears any better, and will check the front fan,
why are awkward jobs always miles from base? ๐

Opening the door to clouds of steam surely indicates an airflow blockage of some kind to the condenser. And the water container to only partially fill in spite of no blockage from the pump to the container again indicates a blockage in the condenser area. Fluff, animal hairs or the scented t/dryer sheets the usual reason.
I realise you’ve covered all of the above but that, I believe, is the only possible explanation for the fault. ๐

Some improvement the dryer now managing small loads after a thorough hosing out of the condenser, but still fails on large towel loads,
customer reports machine stops completely, no display for about 10 minutes, full of steam etc
