Thanks so much for your help so far.
I’m not sure if we have – I think you thought it might be gummed up?
But I can’t really see anything – I could take a pic if it’s useful (but I’m assuming it would be obvious)?
If not what do I need to check on the pump Dave?March 18, 2021 at 10:50 am #475101electrofix
Moderatorsee if the pump revolves when you turn it and check the impellor, use a multi meter to see if the coil is ok

The pump revolves.
The impellor appears OK.
I get a resistance reading with the multi meter across the field, but what would you set it to and what should it read?

Moderatorwell unless your getting millions of ohms then it must be ok, we are sort of cluching at straws now
well not got a lot more i can think of you can check pump wires continuity. after that look at the board and see what controls it

Is there a way I can check those prongs?
Or is it looking like the control panel?
Could I run the dryer with the pump removed briefly and see if it works?March 18, 2021 at 8:06 pm #475105electrofix

So I turned it on with the pump assembly removed and the pump turned.

if no suspect blockage between pump and draw

ParticipantApparently the drawer gets full and then overloads onto the floor.

Moderatorwell since it will not fill up each load there are 2 answers
1 empty it more often
2 change the system so it pumps the water down a drain instead of into the drawDave

Thanks Dave.
Do you not know what the issue could be?
Or does, it sound like a control panel issue?March 19, 2021 at 8:07 pm #475111electrofix
Moderatorthink we have exhausted all the things apart from the panel and cant see that being cheap

Is there a way I can test the prongs?
March 19, 2021 at 8:32 pm #475113electrofix
Moderatoras long as they are clean and you get continuity from the prongs back to the board then all it can be is the board. the board measures the level of the container and if its not registering then can see it easily being the board
