    Did one 2 days ago, cleaned the lift pump (right hand side from front) and float switch as customer reported water light coming on but water still being pumped up.

    Have to go back, still faulty. The machine is lifting water into the container ok but the water container light is flashing and beeping. Also she now says they reset the overheat stat a few days ago (condensor clean)

    I can’t remember, is it supposed to flash or is this a fault code because i don’t think its the float switch or pump.

    Sorry don’t have the model to hand.

    Sorry Martin it’s WTL6500GB/01

    Have spoken to customer and it flashed the container full light on the first try after 15min so cannot have had water in chamber or a stuck float.
