    Our Bosch SKS62E12EU/11 is in need of a new drain pump, if this was a conventional free stander I would have no hesitation in doing the job, but I don’t know where to start with this counter top unit. Any words of wisdom available?

    does it need a new pump or is it jammed with glass or the like ?

    take off wrapper and control panel and look for the pump

    The pump isn’t jammed, it’s making a loud screeching noise and takes a few seconds to achieve full speed.

    ok all you can do is remove covers and look for it

    I would remove control panel first
