    hi all,

    we have a SMS4472GB/20 model. I have read through the manual and can not find the answer.

    I am sure that this heated up the water during programme/ cycles 2, 3 and 4. But recently I noticed that it is stone cold through programme 2 and 3 and only heats up when it gets to 4.

    Is that normal and I am incorrect about what I thought was previously happening OR is there something amiss ?

    IIRC it does only heat just after 4 and later on for the drying section 😀
