Bosch D/w – Odd – Noisey/vibrating module board….

This is the machine with a 6 button module. All LEDs are lit and the module (door, top R hand corner) is making a really loud buzzing noise. The buzzing noise will stop if the 3rd from right button is held in, this also corrects the LED’s.

I removed the board and there was no signs of damage, also I could smell nothing acrid or the like.

Is there anything i can do other than order a new module? (and gasp at the price!)

experienced this buzzing before anyone? thanks in advance 🙂

Certainly sounds like you need to condemn the module but the caution being that some component within the machine may have caused it to go AWOL? So changing the module only might cause you additional grief. 🙁
