can anyone tell me the easiest way to access the circulation pump on above machine.fault i have is top spray arm u/s,i think foriegn body in pump dropping pressure

Yes just read THIS THREAD

The fault is more likely to be a faulty water point diverter inside the heater box (Pt No 483058) than anything blocking the circulation pump. 😉

would a faulty water point diverter still allow the bottom spray arm to turn

Yes it would, If nothing is blocking the inlet to the circ pump then I would go with the heater box as Martin says and I have done a few because of this fault. is the machine getting enough water ?

yes machine is filling as normal,lower spray arm turns but upper does not even tho it does have water coming through it but i presume pressure is not enough to turn it.
