customer called me today to see if I could help she has bought a replacement soap dispenser for her machine her husband was going fit it having watched how to do it on [you tube] only to find it should have two plugs one to the dispenser one to rinse aid suppler said it was compatible she wants me to do the job now I’ve never done one before can any one help me please how does the rinse aid open with only the one connector or is a new one required.

The detergent door and the rinse aid release are controlled by the same solenoid so only one plug is needed. There may be a second connector but that’s for the rinse aid level.
