Was at one of these today (Still under guarantee)not draining.
First one I have come across with the new filter layout.So for those interested, to gain access to the impeller you will see a small white cover (once all the filter stuff is oot)which is clipped in to the grey body of the filter housing. Once removed you see the impeller. A bit like the ones you’ve done where the pump cover is held in with a torx screw but on the opposite side. Hope that makes sense.
Blockaged cleared, customer happy, money in meh pocket.
